Supporting education, training, and coaching with over 25 years of experience.

About ETC-UK
ETC-UK was created to offer thoughtful, values-led education, training, and coaching that responds to real people in real contexts.
The work draws on experience across education, family support, youth and adult development, coaching, and training, supporting individuals, families, educators, and organisations.
Whether working one-to-one, with groups, or within organisational settings, ETC-UK focuses on understanding the whole picture rather than isolated challenges, creating spaces where learning, reflection, and growth can happen in ways that feel steady, respectful, and genuinely meaningful.

Jan Seddon
Educator, Tutor and Q Pathfinder Practitioner supporting young people, families and educators through thoughtful, values-led education and coaching.
I’m Jan - an educator, trainer, and coach with over 25 years of experience supporting learning, development and change across a range of settings. My work is grounded in understanding people - not just problems - and creating space for meaningful, sustainable progress.
My work focuses on supporting children and young people who may be experiencing anxiety, school-related distress, low confidence, or challenges around educational transitions. I also work alongside parents who are trying to understand what their child needs when things no longer feel straightforward.
Over the years I have worked in international and bilingual education settings, delivered professional training within hospitality and corporate environments, and designed individualised learning programmes for learners across primary, secondary, and home education contexts.
Today my work brings these experiences together - combining education, wellbeing, and practical guidance to support young people and their families through periods of change.
